Transport Interchange

The new, £48m development will co-locate the main bus station with Bolton rail station with the two connected by a pedestrian skylink bridge.

Complementary to this is a new £6.5 million, 30,000 sq ft Grade A office block fronting Great Moor Street.

These developments will deliver transformational change to a key town centre gateway, acting as a catalyst for regenerating the wider town centre area. The close proximity of these developments to the town centre will improve linkages and connectivity for bus and rail passengers between the new Interchange and the retail/civic core.
