When the company went through administration in 2009 I’m sure no one could ever envisage such a turnaround in the fortunes of the company. Following severe losses in 2014 and tight cashflow in 2017 my tenure as MD started in 2018 and we immediately changed from sales focused to a people and customer focused company and underpinned this with the introduction of “The Howorth Way” values framework. The results speak for themselves as we have seen profitability dramatically increase during this period "
